The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of competitive pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyse pricing models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with organisational goals.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing tools and systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to suggest proactive adjustments to pricing structures.
- Communicate pricing policies effectively to internal teams and provide training where necessary.
- Support revenue management initiatives that optimise profitability and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a pricing or analytical role, preferably within a data-driven and competitive industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of pricing software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
