About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing risk and insurance advisory consultancy supporting businesses in Web3, fintech, digital assets, AI, cyber, tech scaleups, and venture-backed companies.

As they expand into Hong Kong, they are looking for a commercially driven Sales Lead who understands how emerging industries operate and can build strong relationships. We are open to candidates from tech sales, fintech BD, consulting, professional services, or startup/scaleup commercial roles. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a sales strategy to grow the Hong Kong and North Asia market.
  • Generate new business through ecosystem outreach, events, partnerships, and your own network.
  • Engage founders, C‑suite leaders, VCs, and tech operators to understand their growth journey and risk needs.
  • Collaborate with internal advisors to translate complex operational risks into tailored insurance solutions.
  • Represent the firm within the startup, fintech, Web3, and digital asset community.
  • Contribute to market expansion, product positioning, and partnership development.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or ecosystem engagement.
  • Strong understanding of how startups, VCs, fintechs, Web3 firms, or digital asset companies operate.
  • Existing network or exposure to innovation ecosystems in Hong Kong (or Asia).
  • Interest or familiarity with AI, Web3, digital assets, cybersecurity, or frontier technologies.
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building something from the ground up.

Nice to Have
Exposure to risk, insurance, or financial services, but training will be provided.
