We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Personnel Senior Officer to join our client's dynamic team based in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales who is seeking the opportunity to contribute to business growth while managing key client relationships and sales targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring services and products meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Manage and expand the customer base across various sectors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities and competitor actions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports and market feedback to management
- Attend industry events as a representative of the company
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a senior capacity
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
