We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our client's team in Hong Kong. This role blends agile delivery expertise with project coordination, ideally in a 60% Scrum and 40% Project Management capacity. The right candidate will possess a strong Agile Scrum Master mindset, matched with coordination capabilities that support delivery tracking, stakeholder engagement, and outcome-focused planning.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, promoting agile best practices, and removing impediments to team progress. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, dependency management, as well as maintaining a focus on delivery milestones without an over-reliance on rigid timings or schedules.
In addition to agile responsibilities, this position requires high-level coordination skills to manage project timelines, provide accurate status reporting, and support tracking of deliverables. This is not a project execution role, but rather a role requiring strong oversight and the ability to work closely with all stakeholders to drive outcomes and alignment on priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Coordinate project deliverables and status tracking with a focus on outcomes.
- Provide clear status updates and contribute to executive reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Remove blockers to team progress and ensure healthy team dynamics.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and expectations are managed effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile environments.
- Some project coordination experience with the ability to manage project timelines and maintain tracking documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Comfortable facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and guiding teams towards agile maturity.
- Experience in outcome-driven environments, not solely schedule-focused.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
