Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as digital product owner and Business Analyst to deliver AI/Gen AI/LLM/reporting solutions, enhancing agency efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, solution design, activity coordination and quality assurance.
- Engage stakeholders and gather business requirements to guide technical implementations.
- Evaluate AI model performance and collaborate with IT and external partners to improve functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases and technical specifications.
- Conduct market research on emerging digital and AI technologies relevant to business needs.
- Promote an innovative mindset and monitor best practices in AI and data/knowledge management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or STEM-related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business analysis or project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in complex digital transformation initiatives within banking or insurance environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and understand business objectives.
- Proven ability to drive successful project delivery across diverse workstreams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with attention to stakeholder engagement.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a self-starter attitude.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI), ETL and coding (e.g., HTML) is an advantage.
