We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Beijing, China. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting clients through strategic planning, problem-solving, and implementation of tailored solutions.

You will be expected to engage with clients, understand business needs, and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes that drive business success. A well-rounded understanding of industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory landscapes is essential for developing insight-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client engagements, from initial scoping through to implementation and delivery.
- Conduct detailed market and business research to inform recommendations and strategies.
- Develop innovative solutions and strategies tailored to client needs.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client pitches.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge development within the firm.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of consultancy experience, ideally within a strategic, management, or business consultancy environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and presentation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver complex solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and advise on business implications and outcomes.
